We're working towards a more inclusive society, where everyone is accepted valued and respected no matter their ability by raising awareness of disability issues in Tehsil Jaranwala. Pak Special Persons Welfare Society is "non-governmental, non-profit organization" registered in 2008 under law “Voluntary Social Agencies(Registration & Control)Ordinance,1961, works with girls & people with disabilities using the arts as a tool for expression. The arts can be transformational on both an individual and societal level. Through our programmes “Industrial Stitching, Over lock, Sewing & Dress Making, Computer Courses, Inclusive Education, Speech Therapy, Braille Quran”, Artificial Limbs & financial assistance for small business, capacity building & Disability Certificate, Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) & Other facilities/guidance, provided free of cost people with disabilities.
PSPWS also works Locally to provide immediate humanitarian relief during periods of crisis by delivering healthcare, clean water, nutrition and housing to individuals displaced by natural Calamities.
